about

A manifesto for a new world that is struggling to be born...

lyrics

I need to get outside myself. No one is an island, there's only sea
There is no escape, no way out, only through. All those times I was down there seemed to be something that just kept me going. I need to stop falling into each day. I need to stop clinging to the same old stories. The stories we tell about ourselves. We are not just one thing. We are multitudes. Let us end the tyranny of thoughts. Don’t cling to hard to any thought. If it’s useful let it in, if its not let it go.

The chains of algorithms and pavlovian dogwhistles that make me stand to mindless scrolling. I am not a spectator. I am a participant. I’m going to live a conscious life. Loving unconsciously. But I want. Fuck that. What can anybody say about wanting? It’s what we don’t have. It’s an endless cycle of not quite getting there. You’re already there. And it’s fucking boring. Nobody knows what they want. Stop blaming what you want. Take responsibility for what you want.

You and I. I and You. Love is when you don’t know when one ends and the other begins. Let’s dissolve you and I. And inaugurate us in the space between.

Blend, blend and notice the points where one thing becomes another. Blend, Blend and notice that there isn’t that moment in time and space when the break appears, that it is a process ongoing, even if you try to freeze frame you’re missing something, there’s always more to it, always a speck that eludes your seeing, and evermore you’ll hunt in vain for the line, the catch, the quick fix and all things being equal and made unequal by artificial scissoring. So don’t sweat it.

Come join us.

Come join us, drop a tab and imagine possible worlds, multiverses. Imagine a world where it doesn’t even matter who wrote this song. Imagine no geniuses. No idols. No bosses. No gods We are the magicians. The song flows through us and takes possession, we don’t take possession of it. Let’s dissolve us. We don’t need to reinvent ourselves. We don’t need our own personal brand. It was the logos, now it’s the logo. Even the punks were trying to sell us pogo. We need to stop believing the stories they tell us. We don’t need any of the shit they sell us. We need to stop believing!

First there was the again of plain believing.
Then it was the age of smart thinking.
Now is the age of taking things to far.

So where do you go after too far?
